Welcome to the Drumbecue website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.drumbecue.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions you may not use or access this Website.

1. Ordering from us
You are able to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. Here you will be asked to provide personal information including full name, address, contact details and payment details.

As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to review your purchase and make any amendments. Once submitted, we will send you an order acknowledgment detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we despatch your items and you will be sent an email to confirm when despatch has taken place.

The contract between you and Drumbecue will be made once your item has been despatched, unless we have notified you that we have not accepted your order. Non-acceptance of orders can occur for any of the following reasons:
where goods are not available
where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance & availability and we reserve the right to decline any order.

2. Pricing
All prices are shown in £sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges.

Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website and payment will be debited from your account prior to despatch of orders.

You must confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery

3. Returns/ Exchanges
We are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange of your purchased goods provided that we are notified of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of delivery and that you have not breached your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

We will refund all monies paid by you for the goods in question (excluding the original delivery charge where applicable). This will be paid back to you in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of your order being accepted, provided that the goods are returned and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for the return and you are liable for all costs in connection with the return. If you require Drumbecue to collect the goods you will incur a charge of at least £30.00 to be paid in full prior to any collection or this will be deducted to the refund amount. Barbecues that are ordered to your specification, for example made to your requirements, design or measurements, cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is accepted. In this case, after you have placed the order you will have entered into a binding contract to buy the barbecue, and because the barbecue is being made to your specification you will not be able to cancel that contract. Once the goods have been delivered you can only return them if they are not of satisfactory quality or reasonably fit for the purpose and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not satisfied because they are faulty or not as described, we will be happy to accept a return from you. We request that you notify us in writing, by telephone or by email to explain your concerns and arrange a suitable collection date. We will then confirm the collection date by email and arrange collection of the item. On receipt of the returned item and verification of your concerns, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item at your instruction.

4. Service Access

While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
